Ingredients:
2 pkgs of Ramen Oriental noodles (uncooked) 1 bunch of green onions, cut into bite size pieces 2 bunches of bok choy, cut into bite size pieces 2 TBL. butter 1 c. cashew halves ½ c. slivered almonds ½ c.sesame seedsDressing: ½ c. Balsalmic vinegar ½ c. sugar ½ c. olive oil 1 tsp. salt and pepper
Instructions:
Saute butter, seeds and nuts in the butter. Set aside to cool. In a large serving bowl, combine onions and bok choy. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a shaker and shake well to mix. Chill dressing mixture. Add nut and seed mixture to the bok choy and cool. Just before serving toss bok choy mixture with the cooled dressing. Crush up the dry ramen noodles and toss into salad, mixing well. Enjoy!
