Ingredients:
1 ½ c. Flour 1 ½ c. Oatmeal 1 c. Br. sugar ½ t. Baking Soda ¼ t. Salt 1 c. Butter ¾ c. Caramel Topping 3 T. Flour 1 c. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips ½ c. Chopped Nuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine 1 1/2 c. flour, oatmeal, br. sugar, baking soda, salt,and butter to form a crumbly mixture. Press half into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 min. While baking, combine the caramel and flour, mixing well. Set aside. Remove crust from oven and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Pour caramel mixture over nuts and chips. Sprinkle the other half of crumbly mixture over caramel layer. Bake another 15-20 min or until golden. Cool, cut into bars and refrigerate.
