Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh or frozen large shrimp in shells(about 20) 2 TBL. butter 2 cloves of minced garlic or ¼ tsp. garlic powder 1 TBL. snipped parsley 3 TBL. dry white wine dash red pepper
Instructions:
Thaw shrimp if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp, keeping tails on. In sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in garlic, parsley, and red pepper. Cook 1 min. Stir in wine, heat thru. Thread shrimp on skewers. Grill 4-6 mins or til shrimp turn opaque. Turn often and baste with sauce frequently. Very Tasty!!!
