Ingredients:
16 large shrimp-cleaned and deveined 3 TBL. fresh lemon juice 1 TBL. fresh minced thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme 1 TBL. olive oil ½ tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a ziplock bag. Seal and turn over to mix. Place in fridge for 1 hour. Remove shrimp and discard sauce. Shrimp can be grilled or put on skewers. Cook 3-4 mins on each side.
