Ingredients:
1/3 c. honey 3 TBL. Dijon style mustard 2 TBL. finely chopped onion 2 TBL. apple cider or juice 1/8 tsp. ground red or cayenne pepper
Instructions:
In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a gentle boil and cook uncovered for 5 to 7 minutes or til onion is tender and sauce is slightly thickened. Brush over meat or poultry the last 10 minutes of grilling. Makes 1/2 c. of sauce. Is excellent on chicken!!!
