Ingredients:
1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
½ c. oil
¼ c. water
8 oz. sour cream
¼ c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix pudding and cake mix together to blend. Add eggs,oil,
water and sour cream. Beat to blend. Batter will be thick. In a small bowl, mix
cinnamon and sugar. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Pour 1/4 of
batter in pan. Sprinkle half of sugar mixture over batter. Top
with another 1/4 of batter. Repeat with other loaf pan. Bake
at 350 degrees for 40-50 mins. Makes 2 loaves of good bread.
If desired slices of bread can be topped with cool whip.
Bread has a great Green Bay Packer color to it!!!!
