Ingredients:
4 c. rhubarb, cut into bite size pieces 1 c. sugar 1 3 oz. size pkg red jello- any red flavor 1 yellow cake mix 1 ½ c. water 1/3 c. melted butter
Instructions:
Layer the first 4 ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Pour water and butter over the dry cake mix so all is covered. Bake at 350 degrees, 45-60 mins. Cool and serve topped with cool whip.
