Ingredients:
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese 1 16 oz.can good quality salmon 1 TBL. lemon juice 1 TBL. grated onion ¼ tsp. liquid smoke ¼ tsp. salt 3 TBL. snipped parsley chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and chill 8 hours. Form mixture into a ball. Place nuts and parsley into a shallow dish. Roll salmon ball in nuts and parsley to cover. Place on serving platter and serve with your favorite crackers.
