Ingredients:
1 (8oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese ½ c. mayonnaise 1 c. chopped, cooked and cleaned shrimp ¼ grated Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. prepared horseradish 2 tbl. chopped fresh parsley or cilantro 2 cloves garlic minced
Instructions:
Beat cream cheese and mayo with electric mixer on med. speed until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients, mix well. Put in serving dish, cover, and refrigerate several hours or till chilled. Serve with your favorite crackers. Makes 2 1/4 cups.
