To order any item, enter the quantity you want in the appropriate boxes. Then enter your shipping information and submit the form. You will then get a completed order form that you can print out and mail in with your check. A 5½% sales tax will be added to all Wisconsin orders. The shipping charge is $3.00 per order, no matter how much you order.
